More Staff Needed! - 21/04/08 - 4/21/08

Ok then, I'll be straight to the point, we need...

1.) 1 Administrator
2.) 5 Advertisers
3.) 2 Update Designers
4.) 5 Vault Staff
5.) 5 Moderators (Will start with Trainee Rank and go up the tree)

Administrators;

Administrators need to be able to do nearly every job on the forum, very well.
They need to be able to design stuff for the forum, and they can have their own field, for example, one may be really good at designing graphics, while one is good at creating stuff in flash, or making html or php pages to extend the forum.

Advertisers;

Advertisers need to have a keen eye to spot anywhere where they can pop in the Beacon's link, this will obviously show a gain in members, and if the number of users increases rapidly, we know it's them who get rewarded. Remember, the more users, the better, you will be rewarded!

Update Designers;

Update Designers put simply are, Designers who update the Forum and make the updates, maybe graphics or making addons for the site. They can do anything they think would be good for the forum and would enhance being here, but make sure the ideas they have are thought through first.

Vault Staff;

Vault Staff are staff needed for my (Dazzozo's) project, although everyone is involved with suggesting ideas, these will have the higher ranked jobs, such as Alpha Testing the first versions (of course everyone else can!), they will also be given special tasks to make the Vault.

Moderators;

Moderators are like 'mini-admins', they can manage threads, sort out and manage users and do all the stuff needed to sort out a stinky spammy situation! They will report to the admins on the sight of something bigger, and need to be able to make quick decisions when their tasks need it.

I don't want to see everyone signing up for Administrator every time, see sense, only 2 people are going to get the job. So you can have a better choice, you can choose more than 1 job, you can choose as many as you like, but to make my job easier, choose ones you'd be good at and would find enjoyable. Don't choose all 4 because that leaves me a decision of what you want, but I can't decide if everyone chooses all 4 jobs.

If your application is just another begger story, I'll just completely skip it, I know this forum is in need, but we don't need beggers for jobs, I don't want 'plz give me job'.

Why I'd be good: I have experience, and I can make buttons/logos and stuff like that. I got WAY better with PDN.
Previous Experience (if any): Club Penguin Duo, the old Lighthouse Beacon, Penguin Cheaters, I have more but I don't want to list them all.
Any other additional info: Not much. This pretty much sums it up.

Why I'd be good: I think i would be good becuase i am a very enthusiastic person, im friendly and i think i'd be good becuase i like to help keep the forum safe from pesky spammers, i'd obey rules and give 100% to stay active and to help support the forum!

Previous Experience (if any): Yes at the old lighthouse beacon i was part of the staff twice, once as a designer and another as part of forum parliament! i've also been modded at the old hang out chat, so i know the rules and what to do.
Any other additional info:I will not abuse my powers like when i was a designer i have matured and learnt from my mistakes. thats it i guess... oh and good luck to everyone applying to get a job!

Why I 'd be good:I really want to make this forum the best,even though i visit rarely,but now I 'm back in action!this forum was my first one,which makes it my favourite not onlu because of that.Anyway,i 'll stop with emotional thingy lol Razz

Why I'd Be Good (for admin): I know a lot about he forumotion admin panel and know a place where some cool flash gadgets are.
Why I'd Be Good (for mod): well, i've modded alot of forums. ill be super-active because school is ending soon for me. And I know how to keep a forum safe!
Previous Experience: I was a mod here once. De-modded after an "incident"

Why I'd be good at it: Yet, I'm a mischevious idiot, I mostly have a good side. I think I'd be good because I know how mods work, and I know the rules. I wont abuse my powers. Also, I'm good with making peace without people in trouble.

Fair, I'm sorry but no one goes straight to mod, you'll have to ask for another job! Only Trainee Mods can become Moderators, and I don't think you'd suit Admin, sorry.
